Getting back into the workforce during the pandemic was so nerve- wracking for me but Unity ABA made the process welcoming and supportive. The company is filled with people who are compassionate, devoted, and highly knowledgeable in what they do. One of my favorite things of working for this company is how excited everyone is to help and share their knowledge. Working for this company and with the amazing people in it has empowered me to pursue higher education in ABA. It is always encouraged to ask questions if you are unsure of anything, and for every role there is an extensive amount of training which is helpful in building confidence and expending your skillset.
